Once your order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Happy Day Bakery's control. While we carefully select packaging materials designed to protect our products during transit, we cannot guarantee carrier handling or delivery conditions.

If local pickup is selected, customers are responsible for arriving during their scheduled pickup window.

Orders not picked up as scheduled may affect product freshness.
