Because each item is baked fresh to order, inventory, flavors, seasonal offerings, and pricing may change without prior notice.

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur.
Happy Day Bakery reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies, and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.
5. Orders
Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale.
6. Payment
Payment is required before production begins.
We accept approved payment methods offered through our Shopify checkout.
7. Food Allergies & Shared Kitchen Notice
Happy Day Bakery products are prepared in a shared cottage food kitchen that regularly processes wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and other common allergens.
Although certain products may be prepared using gluten-free ingredients, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility. Cross-contact may occur.
Customers with food allergies assume responsibility for determining whether our products are appropriate for their dietary needs. Please review our Allergy & Food Safety Policy before placing an order.
8. Shipping & Local Pickup
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting their order during the designated pickup window.

9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final except where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics, branding, recipes, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of Happy Day Bakery unless otherwise stated.
